Selection stages

Resume review

This stage is not always present - it depends on the specific vacancy. But if you have one, you have to complete a small test task at home or right before the interview - HR will definitely tell you the details. Important: Sometimes code examples can replace a test item

We try to make decisions as quickly as possible, so interviews in the company are carried out in one stage - there is one of the technical specialists (our leads and seniors) and HR. You will be asked questions about your work experience and technical nuances, and your level of English will be checked. HR and the team will also be happy to answer all your questions

In case of successful completion of all the previous stages and mutual interest, you will receive a job offer from us! The offer contains a list of documents required for employment, the date of the first working day is indicated and your manager is named
